Steel buildings offer many advantages. They are
usually constructed much faster than buildings using other materials; the costs
are usually lower compared to traditional building methods; they are easier to
maintain; and they carry a reduced risk of fire. Moreover, steel is 66%
recyclable, which makes it an especially cost-effective and environmentally
sound alternative to any other construction material. Above all, strength is a
major plus for steel. Steel structures can withstand unfavorable weather
conditions such as hurricanes, high winds, heavy snow and even earthquakes.
They are also resistant to termites, creeping, cracks, splitting and rotting,
thus increasing durability.
All our steel buildings are Pre-engineered at the
manufacturing site and shipped out along with their components to the
construction site for assembling. Since steel does not require much space for
support columns, there is more usable free space, making it more suitable use
in large ware houses and airplane hangers.

Metal Roofing and Cladding System
We have several systems for structural and architectural roof and cladding applications. These can be used as single skin roof or wall cladding or can be used in combination with insulation to give thermal and acoustic characteristics.
Tracdek is manufactured in high quality Galvalume Steel with optional high performance organic coatings for long life even in coastal areas. Tracdek profiles provide excellent spanning ability and remarkable recovery after excessive load. Tracdek Galvalume is available in coating class AZ150 (150 Gm/SqM minimum coating mass) and offers 2-4 times the service life of traditional galvanized steel in similar coating thickness under severe environment conditions. The alloy coating comprises of 55% Aluminium, 43% zinc and 1.5% silicon. This coating combines the superior barrier protection of aluminium and the sacrificial cut edge protection of zinc.
Crimp Curved Tracdek is developed to provide versatility and creativity to bring new and refreshing design to commercial, industrial and domestic buildings. The combination of curves and contours in concave and convex shapes with flats and angles in Tracdek produce many aesthetically pleasing buildings.
Insulating Multilayer Protected Steel Roofing
Since the introduction of multilayer protected steel sheet in 1953 Ondulit has developed a wide range of solutions able to satisfy any technical and architectonic requests. Coverib range of Steel Sheets are made out High Tensile steel sheets coated with layers of Bitumen and Aluminium to give the high performance in reducing heat and sound.
False Ceiling System
Trac ceiling systems set the trend and command a very high market share in India. The Trac range of metal and Glass Reinforced Gypsum ceilings are specially designed for the Indian market, taking into account building design, construction practices and weather conditions. We have Lineal, Tile & Plank and GRG false ceiling systems.
Our range of false ceilings has extensive usage in residential, commercial and industrial applications. Our lookout in making the false system has been to keep in mind that all kinds of services which are concealed above the false ceiling works can be attended for any kind of repair / rectification works without any hindrance to the works under the false ceiling. Our false ceiling systems can be shifted as and when required without any wastage.
